德州大学圣安东尼奥分校(UTSA)， 建于1969年，位于德州南部美丽的度假城市圣安东尼奥，在校生28,534名，在德州大学系统中排名第二，是本州中发展最快的公立大学之一。学校共八个学院和一个研究生院， 提供63个本科学位，43个硕士学位和20个博士学位，涵盖建筑、商业、教育、人文、工程、科学、艺术、公共政策等领域, 另外还有10个博士学位和很多硕士学位课程正在计划之中。UTSA正在通过快速的发展成为一个拥有博士学位的研究型大学。 UTSA商学院是全美四十大商学院之一，获世界权威机构AASCB的认证，提供37个本、硕、博士学位的专业， 在院学生有 6000 多人，目前与中国人民大学、复旦大学、上海交通大学、同济大学、天津大学等国内多家大学建有良好的长期合作关系。同时工程学在全美享有很高声誉。
